Contract Administrator

Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and manage various types of construction contracts and related documentation.
- Conduct detailed contract and legal risk reviews to ensure compliance with company and client standards.
- Lead or support contract negotiations with clients, consultants, and vendors.
- Prepare and manage claims documentation in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
- Interpret and apply GCC Civil Law and advise project teams on contractual rights and obligations.
- Assist in RFPs, contract clarifications, and responses to PTC (Pre-Tender Clarifications).
- Maintain up-to-date records and ensure all contracts and variations are properly documented.
Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of experience in construction contract administration or related legal/commercial roles.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Law, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of GCC civil law and construction contract terminology.
- Proven experience handling FIDIC-based contracts.
- Knowledge of construction consultancy agreements, associated liabilities, and insurance types (Professional Indemnity, Third Party Liability, Workers Compensation).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master Degree in Construction Law or related Degree, or working towards it.
- Prior experience working with a consultancy or contracting firm in the GCC region is preferred.
- Passion, commitment and eager towards developing in the field of Contract Administration.
